OBS shut 40fps on my pc

Hello, my problem is my obs make a lot of lags to my pc(when open and not record) also when i want to close it crash how to fix this issue ? version is 27.2.4

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

its not a crash its "no answer" when i want to close it but the real problem is to my pc is very lag when OBS is open

also for NVIDIA drivers i couldnt find any of my GTX
