OBS preview windows not drawing anything (trasparent)

Earlier today I installed some plugins for OBS and switched form the snap version to my native package manager's version (cuz plugins no run in snap duh).
Installation worked fine but all the preview windows appear to be transparent eg. not drawing. Here is an image what this looks like. Here is a video to, sorry for the low FPS (well i don't have OBS to record it :D).

My system is running Fedora 33 Workstation Edition and I installed OBS version 26.1.2-1 (latest) from @rpmfusion-free-updates with dnf 4.5.2.
I attached a log which was obtained by OBS' console output.

Thanks for your help!
I'm sorry if this is a duplicate, I was not able to find any similar issues.

That happens when you run a wayland session. When you login to your desktop you should be able switch what a session to start. Select X11/Xorg.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Does this mean OBS is not compatible with Wayland? Ill be switching to X11/Xorg since its faster anyway :D, but why is the Snap version working?

Snap is probably working as it acts as a XWayland client. Wayland support will be in OBS in the next version (to some extend at least).
