Hello. I have a problem with my OBS. Every time I record a video in 2K resolution (2560x1440), OBS says that encoding is overloaded, even if I have the lowest possible output settings. BUT when I record my videos in FullHD, there is no lag at all, even at high settings.
Here are my usual settings:

Changing the output resolution or output framerate does help though, but I do not want to change any of these.

My PC specs:
- Ryzen 7 3700X
- Nvidia RTX 2070SUPER
- 32GB of RAM (DDR4)
- Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk
- AOC C24G1 monitor (FHD)
- BenQ PD2500Q monitor (2K)
- The G:\ disk is ST500LT012 hard drive

Also, here's the log: https://obsproject.com/logs/ukz_F2_tXKcrpvmZ

I would be really happy if anyone helps me!

P.S. also sorry please for my bad English, this isn't my native language.

Don't record directly to mp4, and don't record using CBR as your rate control.
Change your recording format to MKV and your rate control to CQP with a CQP level between 14 and 22
Change the encoder preset to quality from max quality.

Just tested CQP with level 14 and level 22, quality preset and MKV format.
Encoding is still overloaded.

Change your color format back to NV12, with 709 partial as your color space and color range.

Oh, thank you! That actually worked! Changed color range to full because it doesn't overload the encoding. Now everything works smooth. Thank you x2!
