OBS dropping Network Frames and red bar connection after an hour or so

I recently moved into a new house and I have been streaming for years TWITCH.TV/DARKOWL28. I never had an issue until now. This is the same PC i have used the only difference is my ISP who I have battled with for weeks and they swear its my set up or something. I truly and at a lost and don't know what to do. I have spectrum and I had Xfinity for 2 years before this with no issues. Is there some sort of OBS setting I'm missing? I always update my drivers and try to stay educated but I can't fix this soul crushing problem.

The worst part its intermittent on what days it goes out and on the days it works. But it has been becoming more frequent. My stream Friday 9/18 and Monday 9/21 had to be cut short because the quality is just awful

If you need more information please let me know I wasnt sure what else to upload so I just took the logs for both those days and my specs

My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
64gb DDR4 RAM
Nvidia 5070TI

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. Update OBS to 32.2.2 or the newest available version.
3. Run the newest available version of OBS as Admin.
4. Display, Window and Game Capture Sources all interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Main and Just chatting).
5. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (Main and Youtube). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
6. Your logs contain streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, but OBS can help. Before you start streaming, go to Settings > Advanced > Network > enable "Dynamically change bitrate..." [Apply], [OK]. If still having issues, follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

If still having issues, provide 1 new log.
