OK, so now I am having another problem, my OBS says 30fps, but the output looks like 15-20. I have it set to 30 fps. anyone have any Ideas?
Here is what it looks like: https://www.twitch.tv/mcgreen428/v/90433597
skip through and you can tell :(
My Webcam stayed at 30 fps through the whole VOD ^, and my FPS almost never dropped from 70. so its only my Game/Monitor Captures

@alicsandru

problem isnt VCE or you upload speed - its simply twitch...

twitch allows you only 3500kbps bitrate and 4700kbps peaks -> 3500kbps is hardly enough for 720p60 in good quality (720p30 runs decent)

maybe you should have inform yourself a little before posting here ;)

beta speedtest its the same

http://beta.speedtest.net/result/5672695762

I have a limited router speed 100mb/s this is why i have this download...

I want to improve quality on the speed mode at VCE SETTINGS, its this possible ? Because i see its not 60 fps on balanced mode like on speed mode

And dont get the part with Bframes..

@alicsandru

you are not LISTEN: TWITCH ONLY ALLOWS 3500kbps for NON-PARTNER Streams -> so 1080p60 WONT RUN IN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY -> BUT 720p60 does (have provided settings enough for Jackuns fork)

ps i have 200down/8up ;)

EDIT:

what GPU / CPU / RAM / GAME

these are things i should know to help u ;p

I tried running the 64-bit version of the 2016-06-12 OBS VCE binaries.

After following the instructions and checking the appropriate options (i.e. switching to VCE encoder, disabling OVE, etc etc), I click "Start Recording".

I get an error: "Encoder initialization failed!".

If I try the 32-bit version, OBS locks up and asks me to send an error report.

I have selected the correct display adapter in OBS settings. My system specs are as follows:
Radeon Software Version - 16.9.1
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon (TM) R9 Fury Series
Memory Size - 4096 MB
Memory Type - High Bandwidth Memory (HBM)
Core Clock - 1050 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 32 GB
CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz

I'm not sure what the issue is...

Thanks.

pls provide pictures of your settings

obsvce_2016-08-08_32bit is newest // pls use 32bit version when u capture ur webcam -> will look smoother (due to lack of 64bit drivers for most webcams)

Installation and Prerequisites:
1. You will need to install MS VC++ 2013 runtimes. For Simplicity, It is recommended to install both x86 and x64 for 64based systems but if you only use x64, then just install the one.

Because I haven't noticed a post about this in this thread yet: OBS Studio now supports the AMD VCE encoder in the master build. The plugin is bundled with the latest release.

Here is the plugin thread: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...-framework-encoder-plugin-for-obs-studio.427/

Xaymar says its still in development - and i can confirm it still has some problems and bugs -> for streaming still Jackuns build works better (new AMD AMF still have a CBR FillerData and Bitrate Problem)
