This isn't like a regular "blackout screen" or "small capture" thing. It's a thing where the bottom part of my screen is cut off from Obs and now when I stream, it doesn't capture all of the game. I have screenshots for example down below. What it should/I want it to look like vs. What Obs captures instead
If you can't quite tell, the pencil at the bottom of the Google page is gone on the Obs capture vs. what I see when I look at my screen normally. I thought this had to do with the fact that one monitor was wider so I got another one that's bigger than both my laptop screen & 1st monitor. But even that wasn't the issue. It might be because I use my laptop screen to play games while I stream. I use that because it's in front of me but it's not like I can't rearrange stuff on my desk. I just want to figure it out though because it's really bothering me whenever I look back on footage.
