I was given a GoFanco Prophecy HDMI USB capture device as a gift, but I have not been able to stream with it on my Xbox one. I have it set up correctly from Xbox, capture card, to television, and even purchased a new USB transfer cable from Amazon. I haven't had any trouble playing games, and the capture device even appears as a USB AV device when trying to add it from the sources. Once I hit "ok" I am met with nothing. I have seen some videos on how to adjust my settings so I initially thought they may be the problem, but I'm not really sure how some of them may be compatible with my current laptop. Please let me know if there's any other helpful information I could provide to figure out the problem.
