I'm trying to use Voicemeeter Banana, but I'm having trouble just having my music app run through Voicemeeter and then have it play in the stream but not the recording.
This isn't my area, so take my response to be interim until someone way more knowledgeable than I responds, and not sure if this is even in the right direction, but might something in this link https://obsproject.com/wiki/Surround-Sound-Streaming-And-Recording/ point you in the right direction of separating the music app audio into its own track and not recording that track?
