I have medium quality with x264 encoder

Hi. How to get better quality with x264 encoder? My bitrate is 6k, with 8k own bufor. CPU - fast, profile - high. When I try go with higher bitrate Twitch is blocking my stream.

I have 19Mb upload
CPU - AMD 3900x
GPU - RTX 2070

you should probably use your graphics card to record/stream (NVENC) because it has dedicated hardware rhat performs at around x264 slow quality with almost no performance impact.

otherwise, you can also try setting your output resolution higher if it is lower than your base resolution or you can try using the highest (Lanczos) downscale filter.

These are just general tips, I don't know what you use exactly to record because you have not posted a settings screenshot or a log file.
