How to fix Program: Scene being really small

Here you can see that my screen should be Discord but the output is just... tiny. I need help

Go to Settings > Video and adjust base (canvas) resolution so your canvas is only as big as you intend the sources within should be. You can click into the input field and enter any resolution, you're not limited to the dropdown values.
As alternative, you can increase the size of the source to make it fit the existing canvas.
