Have a problem when recording, the recording is going well but suddenly it is choppy or slow, I have tried everything and I can't make my recording look fluid, The game to record is Terraria, it shouldn't take away much performance

Obs settings:
I tried:
Run in administrator
Set obs to high priority.
Disable the first cpu cores for obs
Lower the bitrate to 20000k or 10000k
Use the h264 amd codec (sometimes it works better but sometimes it still stutters)
I don't know what else to do, help.
Or at least tell me if my PC doesn't have enough power.
