Question / Help Games run perfectly fine, recording is laggy. PLS HELP.

So I Just got new computer because valorant came out and Thought I will start posting some content online, but the recordings that I get are not enjoyable to watch back. Its almost like its 20 fps or something. I have watched so many videos on OBS settings, changed every single on of them. Nothing works. It got a little better when I changed Output (Scaled) Resolution to something lower than Base (Canvas) Resolution which is 1920x1080 but nothing smooth.

I used to have a gtx 1070 and it was soother so Im really confused on whats going on I have no idea how to fix it.

oh and also I change where the files are saved from my HDD to the M.2 drive which also helped a little but nothing big. I dont think that would be a problem anyways. I have been doing tests for days now and spent countless hours trying to get this to work, but its just not happening, All I want is smooth recordings.
