Question / Help Game lags / stutters when I open up OBS (repost)

When I open up OBS (Also happens when I'm not recording), and enter the game I am supposedly playing, the game starts to stutter, lag and slow down, and it's just a big mess. I have no idea what to do.

The above error repeats over and over. That would seem to indicate a problem using game capture on this game.

Most capture issues can be alleviated by launching OBS as Administrator, this includes stuttering, frozen and black screens. Some games will straight up not capture with Game Capture and you have to resort to Window or Display.

Never run Game Capture and Display capture in the same scene, it causes game to V-sync even if you have V-sync off
