So, I've Googled the crap out of this and can't find a solid answer. Over the last couple weeks all of my cams have been skipping frames, and this has started showing up in the logs:

Hi there. The NVENC stutters have been a problem for me since I started recording my games with a graphics card (over 2 years). I cannot find a solution to this problem. You can see the issue in the link down below. The game runs fine for most of the time, but after a drastic change in the scene...
I'm having a bit of trouble with OBS stuttering for a couple seconds while in preview using the El Gato HD60 S which was recently purchased like 2 days ago to capture some Nintendo Switch gameplay (even before hitting record/streaming) and then while playing a game, the preview may...

I am having some stuttering issues on recording game play. I'm not having any lag or fps drop in game. In order to reduce shuttering, I have to turn on VSync.
In Nvidia's Shadowplay I'm not having any issues. I've tried changing every settings possible..But no luck.
I'm fairly new to OBS. So I want to record some videos about this game called Growtopia, 60fps and 1080p. After looking at some of my recordings, I see this stuttering which does not happen in the game when I'm recording.

So I recently changed to a new PC ( i9 9900k + 2080 ti ) from my old PC ( i7 8700k & 1080 ti ) and now I have issues.
I use the exact same settings ( same scenes, same everything ) on the new PC as the old one. I tried locking my frames in game to less frames than my old one and I still...
I have an issue where the preview window will stutter every few seconds and it shows up on stream, while my gameplay is fine. So far this is happening to Sekiro and Battlefield V. I am on the latest version of windows and OBS.
Here is my log

Since upgrading to OBS v23, I've started to encounter variably lengthed stutters and have not been able to find a solution.
These issues are visible in both the new AND old implementation of NVENC.
These issues were NOT present in OBS v22's NVNEC.

I've always had a bit of an issue with rendering lag, but usually it dips by a handful of frames pretty infrequently. Ever since updating yesterday to 23.0, it's gotten worse, despite the fact that this build was intended to improve performance.
For the life of me I can't figure this out. I've tried countless methods of fixing this however for some reason this audio bug occurs during my stream randomly. It's been causing my stream no small amount of annoyance and I don't know what to do about this. I've tried removing the overclock on...
