Test the monitors as well. With OBS closed, disconnnect both from the GPU, reconnect 1, test. Then test the other monitor. Don't hot swap with OBS open.

That SSD sucks, it belongs in a laptop or PS5, not in a high performance 13700k/4070 rig.

Shit is writing to that drive constantly. Virtual Memory, temp files, ect..

The rest of your stuff is nice, you're choice for the SSD was not even close to matching the performance of the rest of the system.

A, this is my OS Drive, it's been in service for 18 months. The only folders I write to is the Download folder & the Docs folder, both have less than 100GB. So, if you still think your OS drive is sitting there doing squat, here's your proof that it's not.

Please, stop with the SSD. :)
Thank you for all your advice and help to try to find where my problem comes from, but once and for all: this is not a SSD problem.

Try this ->

It is not a perfect solution, but a solid fix till the developer fix the random stutter issue. It helps me to record for my daily video routine since 3 months.
The guy who makes the guide is even here in the forum, but his post, with the linked video get drown.

Hi, thank you for your reply! I saw this video, the problem is that we can't do the refrest rate fix when we are streaming because Twitch won't accept those weirds FPS values. (as he says at 11:33) :(

For live-streaming, use the workaround (11:40) as a temporary fix.
