Having a problem setting it up ...

I'm using the 64-bit version of OBS, installed the 64-bit version of the CLR source plugin. It's not showing in the sources list when adding new sources.

Log file:
13:52:12: CLR host plugin strings not found, dynamically loading 4 strings
13:52:12: CLRHost::Initialize() attempting to load and start the .NET runtime (null)

I'm having issues with CLR browser. It randomly picks some websites to show and not to show. e.g. imgur.com works fine while twitchalerts and google.com not being showed.
Same problem with new OBS

Is there a way for the CLR Browser to get cookies/login info from another browser. I try to capture a website and it says I must log in, I am logged in in both Chrome and IE but the CLR BRowser do not understand this =/
I would really like to avoid Screen Capture.

Hey guys!
I am using virtual audio cable in order to seperate my audiochannels and mix them up accordingly.
I am using the clr browser plugin together with twitch alerts but the sound won't be heard in the stream (animation is shown regardless) so I was wondering if there was a way to edit the sound output device for this plugin. If not, will there be one?
Thank you very much.

My CLR Browser was working fine completely and eventually preview testing TwitchAlerts, my Alert Box, Twitch Chat weren't working anymore. Only thing that was running fine was the Donation Ticker. I tried reinstalling all the Packages, Java updating, reinstalling CLR Browser and i'm using 32bit, and even tried directly putting a browser.json file in my plugin-data. Nothing worked. HELP?

I am using twitchalerts's Alert Box to display new follows/donations. I customized my own displays for it, made a new scene using CLR Browser, and I paste the twitchalerts new URL into the browser URL like all videos suggest. When I preview my stream and click "Test Follow Alert" or "Test Donation Alert", nothing happens. No sound, no animation. But, when I click the "Launch" button next to the URL it gives you on the twitchalerts webpage, a green screen in a separate window comes up. Then, when I click the "test Follow Alert" or "test donation alert" buttons, they show up with animations and sound like they are supposed to, but only on the green screen window. I've made sure that I updated my Microsoft C++ and .NET drivers, and I am using the 64-bit version of OBS. Yes, I downloaded and installed the 64-bit version of CLR Browser Source Plugin also.

TLDR;
Only the Alert Box (Separate green screen window) works, but the one I inserted into OBS does not.

I am having issues with CLR browser audio coming out in Mono. This is with my audio driver (Asus Ranger VIII Motherboard) installed. I have tried twitch alerts and other links for CLR browser but it is always mono audio. Is there any way to modify the audio in CLR. The audio file works fine outside of CLR and OBS.

I'm having the same problems with the same mobo. If you figure out how to fix it please update us.

Hi everyone!

I'm running on Windows 10 pro, and only have one CLR browser working from Strexm, everything else from Twitch Alert, etc, doesn't work. This is both from 32 bit (x86 folder) and 64 bit which i run at. Besided that aswell checked the "Browser" tab under settings at Runtime to compare it with the OBS pictures shown for CLR browser.

My OBS version is: V0.657b
MS Visual C++ Run Times updated [x]
.Net updated [x]
Nothing blocks the plugin or OBS [Firewall etc.]
Old plugins tested as well [x]
32 and 64bit got this issue [x]
Current plugin from: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/clr-browser-source-plugin.22/

I wonder why my CLR Browser works with this specific link, but not everything else.

I do noticed that OBS has reports saying that Windows 10 is not fully functional yet where some plugins might act strange or not at all, but how long should Windows 10 users look forward to a 100% functionality with OBS?

Kind regards
MrAnimaal

Hi Osiris

There are no Windows 10 related issues with the plugin.
So you are telling that the plugin is 100% supported on Windows 10?

From NightDev team, they concluded their code is fine, as well for Twitch Alert etc, and that the plugin has an issue.

Did my description above hold any kind of information where the issue might be at so i can resolve it? Something i've missed? A small detail?

Kind Regards
MrAnimaal
