Chat Dock isnt working!

Hey my problem is, that the Chat dock isnt really working correctly while im streaming DayZ. The Chat is delayed sometimes for a few minutes so that i can see the messages they wrote a few minutes ago. Also is it turning Black sometimes so that i cant see the chat anymore.

Where comes this problem from and how can i fix it?

i had the exact same problem, my chat wouldnt refresh unless I clicked on obs (I think since upgrading to windows 11). reinstalled obs and stream elements first but that didnt seem to work (on its own), then I turned off browser source hardware acceleration and everything seems to be working fine now!

Where can i turn the browser source hardware acceleration off?
