Browser Source Issues After Windows 11 Installation

Hi everyone! Hoping for some guidance here. Tried some searching beforehand, but any other suggested solutions yielded no results for me.

I recently reformatted my PC and installed Windows 11 to get ahead of the October EOL date for Windows 10. I backed up all of my OBS settings in advance, and restored them back into place when my installation was complete. Ever since, I've noticed the following two issues with browser sources:
  1. Browser sources feel slower to load.
    1. Timed it, 15 seconds average upon cache refresh or loading a new scene collection.
    2. When I was still on Windows 10, it took maybe 5 seconds to load, total.
  2. Custom font settings will not be detected in the browser output.
    1. For example, I'll use the font "Harrington" for certain title cards. That font is no longer populating correctly and is instead replaced with a more basic font.
    2. I have confirmed I have installed the fonts for "all users".
    3. The fonts do show up on StreamElements appropriately, and do appear correctly when I load the source in my web browser.
    4. Workaround: I may change the font I use anyway, but in the meantime, I've just created a text box that has the font I want to use in the same spot/same dimensions as the StreamElements version, and temporarily have hidden the StreamElements version of that font from the overlay. This isn't ideal as I have to make this adjustment on any scene I use this overlay on.
For good measure, I also did try completely reinstalling OBS and deleting everything from appdata\roaming\obs-studio, then reimporting my scenes later. No change.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm not sure how helpful it is, but my OBS logs are attached. Thanks in advance!

Actually, I think I'm in good shape now. Modmins feel free to delete the parent post here.
I believe that the font that I installed for Harrington was different than the one that StreamElements was pulling through. Other custom fonts pulled in just fine. I will continue to troubleshoot on my end.
Would still like to see if anyone else is experiencing the slow loading of the browser sources, but as long as I remember to load OBS before going live it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
