Black screen with all video sources in OBS (webcam, capture card, even laptop’s integrated camera) + USB microphone not detected

I have a strange problem with OBS on my laptop. No matter what I try, I always get a black screen when adding any video source:

My Elgato HD60X capture card shows a black screen in OBS, but it works fine in Elgato 4K Capture Utility.
My Razer Kiyo Pro webcam appears as “USB video device” in OBS, but only shows a black screen. In Razer Synapse it works correctly.
Even the integrated laptop webcam shows a black screen in OBS, but Windows says OBS is using it (the camera light turns on).

In addition, my USB microphone is also not detected in OBS. Windows detects it, but OBS does not capture audio.

Important notes:

  • I can capture my laptop screen (Display Capture) in OBS perfectly; the black screen problem only happens with video devices.
  • The integrated webcam definitely works, because the light turns on and it works in other applications.

Things I’ve already tried:

  • Updated all drivers (GPU, chipset, USB, cameras, capture card, etc.).
  • Granted OBS all permissions for camera and microphone in Windows privacy settings.
  • Disabled the preview and re-enabled it.
  • Reinstalled OBS several times, even cleaned AppData folders.
  • Set OBS to run on high performance GPU (AMD Radeon) in graphics settings.
  • Tried different resolutions and FPS for each device.
  • Closed all other applications (Razer Synapse, 4K Capture Utility, etc.) before opening OBS.
  • On my old laptop, all devices work perfectly with the same OBS setup.

Laptop specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS
  • Integrated AMD Radeon 780M GPU
  • 16 GB RAM
  • Windows 11

At this point, I don’t know if it’s a driver conflict, an OBS + AMD hardware bug, or something else.

Does anyone know how to fix the black screen with all video devices + USB microphone not being detected in OBS?
