Question / Help Black Screen for Game Capture and Capture Card (Desktop)

I recently got a capture card to capture game play on my Xbox, but when using OBS it shows a black screen. This also happens when I'm using game capture on my for PC. The only one that works is the Display Capture. I only have one GPU which is AMD Radeon (TM) RX 570. Was wondering if anyone had a fix or is having the same problem.
