Here's my log file : https://obsproject.com/logs/lpMLr2cCmJwe2Ozv
When I run speedtest results, I get between 3.5 - 4mbit/sec, thus my OBS settings are

Encoder : x264
Rate Control : CBR
Bitrate : 2000
Server : (Highest Bandwidth and Least ping according to twitch server tests)

Issue : My bitrate is not stable, gets down to 500, jumps up to 2.5 so I always drop frames.

Here's what I tried :
> Changing servers
> Contacting my ISP
> Directly connecting to modem instead of router. (Cable connection of course)
> Updating my network adapter drivers
Edit : I tried streaming on youtube and it was constant 2300 Bitrate, with no framedrops. Alright, it seems like this is something from Twitch's end but I literally tried all the servers in europe and they're all dropping frames..
Edit2 : I've resetted my stream key, now its working like a charm "FOR NOW". I have no idea tbh.

Edit3 : I stopped streaming and started again, now its drops frames again... What the actual...
Edit4: Yey, its working again.. but how to solve this incostistency?

I need your help, its been like this for the last week :(

You should update your Windows. The version you are using is outdated (Oktober 2017). After that turn off game DVR, game Bar, game mode! Download Twitch bandwith tester https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest and run it. Post OBS logfile and screenshot of bandwith test, maybe someone can help you with your issue.

Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 513 (11.1%)

I noticed a massive issue with dropped frames tonight after installing the latest update earlier today. I usually have a very smooth stream to Youtube and tonight I was dropping 80% of frames. Not quite sure if something in the latest patch may have thrown something off? Any ideas?
