Hello. I have such a problem that when starting a stream, the bitrate immediately or after a few seconds drops to zero. Then he tries to go up to 200, 300 kb/s, but still keeps at zero. It started a couple of days ago when I bought a new pc. Previously, everything worked perfectly, streams went without problems, without lags, and after buying a PC, such a problem appeared. My Internet is powerful enough for streams. I have already looked through a bunch of forums on the Internet, tried to do something myself, but nothing came of it. What is strange, yesterday, when I tried to stream the last time, the bitrate started to stay at a normal value of 6000, with rare drops to zero, but today with the same settings, the bitrate is 0kb/s. I tried to stream through StreamLabs, then there is the same problem. My windows version is Build 19042. What to do, is there any solution? Thank you!
