Hey, I spend many hour's and learn about OBS, SLOBS and OBS+StreamElements.
Now i know a little or a many informations about this program, but I'm only single person, who can be wrong. Then I ask you guy's and lady's ofc. :D
In first you must know my PC spec :)
I try to stream on Twich in 720p60fps[IT'S NICE], 810p60fps[IT'S NOT BAD], 900p60fps[IT'S BAD], 1080p60fps[IT'S TRAGEDY] <--- Bitrate: 6000 for Twitch
I don't give you my setting's because I do clean on PC and i lost it :(, now i set my setting's just like normal but not in HD --->810p60fps[IT'S OK, I THINK]
I make this thread to ask you what quality i can stream in GOOD kind.
PS. My actually settings you can find below :) [It's setting's from other streamer which has almost the same PC like me [ https://www.twitch.tv/szachmatt ]

RAM: Corsair memory DDR4, 16GB, 2400MHz, #CL14, Vengeance LPX (2x8GB) [OC 3200GHz/CL16] - SSD 1: Samsung 970 EVO Plus <--- for system and programs, ofc. OBS it's there :)
- SSD 2: Samsung 850 EVO <---- for games
- HDD 1:Seagate Barracuda <---- for all rest :D
- Power: SilentiumPC Vero M1 600W 80Plus
- Graphics card: ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1070 Ti AMP Extreme [OC]
- Internet: 400/40
