After I updated to 31.1.2, my recording audio began to become off sync by around 0.5 seconds consistently. It's not just gameplay either. The whole desktop audio is delayed. I tried running OBS in Administrator mode, safe mode, and changing around audio settings as well as recording settings to no avail. I know I can just offset it in the audio source settings, but I want to solve this issue rather than wrapping it up behind another layer of potential failure. For some reason, the Audio Mixer shows the sound playing in real time. It's just that the final video file ends up having delayed audio
This didn't happen before the update, so it might be something to do with that. It also affects streaming. Also, the Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler setting was enabled before the update, and the audio was not desynced then if that means anything
Logs (Opened OBS in Administrator mode, recorded for around 30 seconds, stopped):

Specs if it helps:

32GB RAM
Please let me know if any extra information is required Thank you
