OBS Lua filter-hotkeys 1.0.2

Works like a dream; They need to update the instructions, I had to read the source code to learn how to use it properly.

1- disable 2- enable 3-toggle 4-hold

Binding the same button to 1&2 wont work, it'll pick and stick to one. Use 3 to toggle.

I loved using the plugin it is very good to use I searched for this for weeks but I found it excellent

This is a brilliant extension. It needs to be a little more robust around when it gets added as a filter and how it's removed, but other than those "timing" issues, it's really brilliant!
