DroidCam Virtual Output 0.2.2

• Removed the experimental 9:16 options. Windows has a camera rotation feature in the settings that can be used instead.
• Updated FPS reporting in "DroidCam Video" device. This should fix some programs only detecting 29.97fps.
• Added builds for ARM CPUs (Windows for Arm). This is beta, due to larger than expected code changes to support arm.

• Added 1440p and 9:16 output options
• 9:16 support is experimental.

• Fix camera compatibility with Windows 24H2
• Fix some rare crashes

* Added an auto-start toggle to the menu.
* Fixed crashes when using less-typical video sizes (ex. 9:16 portrait resolutions) in OBS.
Note that the droidcam virtual camera drivers are still limited to the standard 640x480...1920x1080 options. Output from OBS will be scaled to fit into whichever one of these is being used by external programs.

This release requires OBS Studio v28+
