Free Command line tool for obs-websocket plugin (Windows) 1.6.3

Once I figured out the commandline that I want, I can use that same command as a button on the Streamdeck, within the application VoiceAttack and also in the application Streamer.bot

If I want to add a new video/meme/clip, I just replace the file and modify the delay, and boom! done.

Such a timer saver.
