1080p60 at 8000 will still show compression artifacts during fast motion.

If you want to eliminate them, you could try 900p60 or 720p60 or 1080p30 at the same bitrate.

YouTube can also taker higher bitrates if your connection can sustain them.

YouTube, in 1080p, gives a pixel even at a 30k bitrate. To remove the pixels - you need upscale to 1440p and a bit rate of 16+. If 30, then it will be almost perfect in 1440. The main thing is that I would pull the computer and the Internet.
