Why is my microphone audio not being heard in the playback?

I have posted an issue like this before but I was not on the right software. This time, I recorded a 15-minute video and there is no microphone audio in the playback. I have updated most of the drivers and fixed the audio tracks and there is still no sound coming out in the playback. Here are the log files and the sound settings. I also tried running Obs as administrator still no audio. The desktop sounds still can be heard, but the mic does not.

I think you're misunderstanding how the Tracks work. I blame OBS for that because they're really not explained very well.

You can mix anything together into the same Track, but the Tracks do not mix with each other. They're even recorded separately, as "alternative audio" that can be selected on playback, like different languages, descriptive audio, commentary, etc., or just to keep things separate to mix later.

If you want everything to be heard together, you'll need to put them on the same track. Nothing says, however, that you can't record 3 tracks:
  1. Everything
  2. Desktop only
  3. Mic only
But I suspect you'll be be content with just the one.
