Weird Video Glitch on Stream... please help!

Hi all,

I am somewhat new to streaming and have been having trouble with a weird visual glitch when I stream. The glitch does not happen in-game at all, just on my stream. It affects my webcam and my widgets too. It isn't dropping frames or anything like that, it's just these weird flickering boxes that are sometimes green. I have tried this with multiple games, with various different settings, even just when I'm in "Just Chatting" or webcam mode, it still glitches like this. My audio is absolutely fine with no problems. I have tried other streaming softwares as well and the glitch still happens.

I am running Windows 7. 6GB RAM, 64 bit, CPU 3.40GHz. 915GB hard drive, only using about half.

Here is a clip with an example of what I'm talking about. This happens every few seconds no matter what. https://clips.twitch.tv/AmericanRefinedWasabiLitFam

I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!! (log file is attached)

Forgot to add, I have tried display capture, window capture, game capture, etc. All have given me the same issue. I am using game capture in the clip provided.

Bumping this thread because I am having the same exact issue. I used to stream on my laptop before it was retired and had no issues with the visuals, but when I switched to my PC, all of a sudden whatever background I am using develops occasional green pixelated boxes for a couple seconds before they disappear. I can't seem to find a response on how to fix this from anywhere else, even though the last bump on here was 5.5 years ago.

Nevermind, a little more extensive searching came up with an answer. Someone mentioned it was a common problem with some older AMD graphics cards and the Spout plugin, the former of which I definitely have and the latter I was using. Using another method to showcase my on-screen avatar other than Spout cleared up the issue.
