hey there!
i am having a very annoying problem whilst trying to stream. basically, i have a 30-40mb download and a 10mb upload and im streaming at 3200 bitrate at 720p. the stream looks fine, i'm getting 20-30 ping MOST of the time but heres my problem. It will be at 20-30 ping most of the time and then for some reason it'll go to 140-150 ping for 5 minutes give or take and then go back down again. This will keep repeating every 15 minutes or so, its almost as if its having short breaks. Never seen this before, could anyone help?
