Webcam with no autofocus/manual focus

My webcam doesn't have autofocus, and when I see the manual focus, I can't change it. Is there any plugin or anyway to manually modify focus?

That focus parameter in the webcam settings will only work if your webcam has a motorized focus ring. Most consumer webcams are non-focusable. They are made with a wide depth of focus, from a few feet to infinity. If it does have a manually focusable lens, you'll have to do it... manually.

I was searching for something like a smooth blur for my background. The only problem is that my computer is a little limited, I'm currently using 24gb and a 5600g, so I can't use AI.
I think an alternative is to just use SnapCamera with a blur filter.
