I've been having this issue lately where my webcam quality plummets whenever a lot of movement is happening in the game but when the game is still the webcam quality turns back to full quality. Why exactly is this happening? My settings are good as far as I'm concerned. Any help would be amazing!
My streaming settings:
Encoder: Nvidia Nvenc H.264 (new) - (GPU is RTX 2070 Super)
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 8000
Keyframe Interval = 2
Preset: Quality
Profile: High
Look-ahead = Off
Psycho Visual Tuning = Off
GPU = 0
Max B Frames = 2
(Note: I have switched my Webcam USB to no avail. My webcam is the Logitch c270)
