Question / Help Very laggy video - HELP!

I'm trying to record a clip of a game I'm working on in Unity. While I can get screen and audio recording just fine, the video is really laggy. How can I fix this? I need to get it sorted as soon as possible as I am making a showreel to send off for job applications.

I'm using a 2017 Macbook Pro 13 Inch with a 2.5Ghz i7 Processor and 16GB RAM

Window capture is known to be non-performant on MacOS.

I'm not seeing any rendering or encoding lag in the log, can you supply a sample or describe in more detail the problem you're seeing? Is it a regular or occasional stutter, or long periods of a single frozen frame?
