Hi,
I was looking for a way to dock your tool into OBS, when I found this (quite) new plugin:

I tried to integrate Versus into OBS with it, but failed... :-D
I notified the author of the app about this.

Do you know of any other possibilities to integrate your tool into OBS?

Thanks,
Oliver

Hi,
one way is to configure a user defined browser dock using localhost:9090/controls.html.
Unfortunately, I cannot control the text and logo fields with this, I use them for other information.

With respect to the Window Dock plugin: It seems the plugin has problems with apps that have special characters in their task name.
I noticed this plugin has a ® in there, maybe there is there a quick way to remove this ?

Best.

Versus cannot be integrated into OBS, it is a third-party utility. But it can be used with any streaming programs, not just with OBS, and it can be installed on a different PC than the one running OBS. For example, a moderator managing game scores can work on a different PC than the one where OBS is installed and the stream is running.
I don't know how the plugin for integrating third-party programs works. Apparently, there are some nuances.

I will look into this plugin. Most likely the problem is in the Versus window title, in the (R) symbol. I can't capture any windows that contain any non-Latin characters.

I rename title with hex editor, now it's work. Replace exe file.

Well, I think I was a bit too optimistic... :-D

The docking works now. But it seems the dock has no connection to the localhost server, as changes in the score are not displayed anymore...
Please ignore this post, works!

The app runs in a dock in OBS, scores can be updated from the dock. I love it... :-)
