I have a uray h.265 encoder I bought off amazon. It has actually worked pretty well over the pandemic. I send the hdmi camera signal over a hard line cat 6 cable to a dedicated router that my OBS computer is connected to. Before OBS I feed audio into the camera and direct to the streaming platform and all was good and in sync. With OBS I have the camera feed from the encoder and the audio feed directly off the sound board into a usb audio interface. If I bypass the encoder and use the hdmi to usb convertor the audio and sound is in sync. But with the encoder I am getting a good deal of lag almost two seconds. So I am guessing I may have some settings set to high or need to tweak settings. Any suggestions are appreciated.
