This is ridiculous lol. I am on 32.0.2 version.
First I got the same error as OP (Update Failed: Integrity check failed on bin/64bit/libobs-d3d11.dll) so I restarted PC, and then shut down PC and powered it back up.
Now, I am getting "Update failed: Integrity check failed on bin/64bit/obs-ffmpeg-mux.exe"
I tried the solution of going to the official OBS website, running the installer. And you know what happens?

And want to know what happens if you kill the process in Task Manager? Well, it automatically restarts itself. But this is yet ANOTHER error message.

In my half a decade of using OBS on this computer and a previous PC, never had any such issue. Maybe I was just lucky until now.
Honestly no idea what to even do at this point. So I guess I just won't update. I'm not going to completely uninstall
and risk not being able to even reinstall the program so I can go from 32.0.2 to 32.0.4
