Unable to capture the OBS screen

Cannot capture OBS Screen through recording, streaming, or screenshot

• Tried Windows capture. OBS program was not in the list
• Tried Windows capture and a duplicate OBS process. OBS was in the list but only a black screen showed up
• Tried Display capture. Everything was being displayed except OBS. OBS became transparent
• Tried Display capture and a duplicate OBS process. Same results
• Tried taking a screenshot of the OBS screen but OBS also became transparent (results similar to display capture). Used lightshot, snipping tool, and snip & sketch
• Tried reinstalling and restarting. Issue still persists

OBS program seems to turn invisible but some parts are visible such as triggered drop down lists

Issue was only encountered recently, unsure if it was caused by the recent update as other individuals with the same OBS version I could reach out to was not encountering the said issue.

OBS version: 27.2.4 (64-bit)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Radeon RX 580
OS: Windows 10

Disable Settings->General->General->Hide OBS window from screen capture to make OBS visible in screen capture.
If it comes to window capture, you cannot capture OBS by itself, but you can start 2 instances of OBS, and with each you can capture the other one.
