hello everyone, so for the last few days I've been having an issue where after streaming for over an hour, my stream freezes up and stays on the same frame until I stop livestream. audio is perfectly fine and I thought the issue was my ps4 capture card however it also happened when streaming pc gameplay as well. I checked obs and everything looks fine as well as my internet running at great speeds with no issue there. my pc can normally run stream perfectly fine since I'm running on the nvenc codec and there's not much usage going on with my gpu or cpu. I've run out of options and I don't know what else to do. here is a clip of my stuttering happening live on stream
