twitch shows my stream as offline and as a black box

ive done everything, set my bitrate to 6k, 8k, even less, made sure my fps is 60, flushed dns and other windows stuff, and i really just cannot figure out the issue.

these are my logs, i streamed for about 30s and turned it off

weird thing is vod saves perfectly fine
