Question / Help Trying to record webcam and gameplay at the same time

While trying to record my webcam and my gameplay at the same time, this happens:

• The game goes from like 100 to 15 fps
• The two recordings gets like 0.5 fps
• My CPU rises to the skies
• Computer gets unusable because of lag

To make the two recordings I record them in different windows of OBS at the same time. Weirdly enough, I can stream these two clips at the same time with Streamlab's OBS with nearly to no problems at all (and yes I've tried to record this, both with Streamlabs, and with OBS in the same window and they both went horribly).

Specs:

• Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
• Intel Core i7 CPU
• 12GB RAM
• NVIDIA GTX 1070 TI Graphics card

Camera: Logitech C920

Settings:

• Camera is set on 1280x720 30fps
• Gameplay is set on 1920x1080 (doesn't tell what fps it's at)
