So, I know how to set up BTTV in the regular Twitch chat widget, but now, I'm trying to get it working in a custom dock I made for Twitch chat, and it's giving me a bit of trouble.
When I go into Settings and pick Twitch as my Stream Service, there's an option to enable BTTV emotes in chat. But here's the catch: I want to use Restream (or any other service) instead.
So, I thought, why not add a custom widget pointing to my Twitch chat? But, alas, no BTTV magic in that one. I even tried copying the URL from the regular Twitch chat dock, but no luck. Seems like there's some secret sauce in the native chat that I'm missing out on.
Any advice or tips on how to crack this puzzle? Thanks!
