This looks as if the encoded h.264 data stream is defective. Did you do any editing of the video file after you finished recording and before uploading to Youtube? In case you edited the video file, check the edited video file you uploaded with a media player. Are the errors in your local file as well? If no, the file wasn't uploaded correctly. In either case, check the original unedited video file you recorded: are the errors in this as well? If no, the file wasn't processed properly by your video editor or by the upload.
If the errors are in the original recorded unedited file, it may be due to some hardware error. Check your hard disk.

this is not a recorded video file, this is a stream (live broadcast)
the error is also repeated with the nvenc encoder. I do not observe problems with the Hard Drive ... but today I will check it.

Thank you for your advice, but they didn’t help ... along the way, I spread how my last settings look.
Here is the last stream on it, too, there were these problems ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEpaHEj6lvU (the problem repeated throughout the stream but that would definitely get to the time 20:36) By the way, I found one more a person with the same problem, here’s the link ... there’s exactly the same problem from the very beginning of the stream https://www.twitch.tv/videos/575929561
