Hey, I recently got a SSD and reinstalled OBS/TeeBoard and my chat worked fine before this but now I can't change any of the settings. Its just the default red with black text glow. Suggestions? I've tried deleting the chat folder and letting it reset to default but nothing works.

Which location did you install TeeBoard in?

I wanted to install it to my Documents but it auto installs to my SSD under Air/Gip and places all the widget files and such in My Documents. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to be avail.

I believe that usually happens when you're not using the correct credentials (copy/paste from the streamtip website).

That's what I've been doing. I also noticed that the toggle buttons on the lower left of the dashboard (Followers, Subscribers, Donations, Now Playing, IRC Chat) are greyed out...only ones I can turn on or off are the Followers and IRC Chat.

Disregard, did an uninstall and then reinstalled and it is now working. Thanks!

On first install, TeeBoard creates a file that gives its widgets permission to communicate with TeeBoard. My guess is this file is now pointing to the wrong location once you added an SSD. Reinstalling TeeBoard won't change that. You may have to manually add the widgets folder to the Flash Player trusted locations.

In TeeBoard, open the Chat Widget preview by clicking the "eye" icon at the top right (IRC Widgets --> Chat tab).
Right click the chat preview and select "Global Settings" -> "Advanced" tab.
Click the "Trusted Location Settings" button.
Click the "Add" then click the "Add Folder" button and browse to the TeeBoard folder in your User Documents:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\TeeBoard
Restart TeeBoard and see if that changes anything.

ps: you should never install software in your user documents folder.

Thank you it works now!

Please make it so (or an option ;) that the program caches / blacklist the entire follower list. (Not only for one stream.)

Thank you.

Thank you.

If certain people are being a nuisance across sessions, you can block them by right clicking their name in the follower list and selecting "remove".

Apologies for not reading the past 35 pages if this was previously answered, but is there a way to change where the desktop notifications are displayed? The bottom right corner of monitor1 is not the place I need them to be.

Right click the Teeboard Icon in the notification area of the taskbar (the little icons left of the clock).
Then choose Notification Location.

That's the ticket, thanks. I never would have though to look at the systray icon to mess with window settings.

Though, I notice if I hit custom, which lets me put the notification window over on my other monitor in a nonstandard location, it wont fade out due to inactivity and just stays there. This isn't a big problem for me personally since I just have teeboard open when I'm streaming, but is there a way to have a custom location that functions the same as the defaults?

Would it be possible to implement background image for the notifications? Just like NightDev does. Like this.
...or at least some more customization options for the text. You know, outline, font, etc.

Also, will you improve the chat functionality with the usual things like list of viewers (this could actually be right in the dashboard somewhere).

And one little annoyance I have with the program: it displays all Twitch pages in my native language (czech) for some weird reason. Not even my Windows is czech version, but I do have czech locale set in the Control panel (I assume this is how programs automatically change displayed language). Could that be configured somehow?

Other than that, after some initial scepticism, I really like what you did! I hope we will see improvements soon.

Thanks, but that's pretty complicated. I was thinking about something at least partially automated. Maybe it will be implemented in time.

I have a few feature requests if you don't mind.
1) More text files written with stuff pulled from Twitch, like what SubAlert does. Or actually, more like this tool over at TwitchAlerts. It doesn't have to be that extensive, but more than just the latest 5 followers etc. would be very nice. I mean, I don't want to run extra programs for a bit of extra functionality (which I do need though).
2) Add some predefined styles to the notifications. I know it's possible to customize it a lot by editing the css files, but that's pain in the ass, and not really for basic users. Again, it doesn't have to be huge list. It's probably not even difficult to implement, just boring and time consuming. I would very much appreciate that, though.
I was thinking about more options to customize the font from within the GUI, like outline and the other popular things (like OBS has), and few animations maybe..
3) The possibility to add an image to the notification. Kind of nice.

4) Oh and preferrably don't write the text files in caps please.

I have one more feature request: fully customizable date/tim format for the clock widget.

And I also have a problem: I can't get the Count Down widget to work. The numbers just won't show up at all. Do I need to start it manually somehow?
Actually, the clock doesn't work either. Preview works fine, it works fine if I just open the file, but it doesn't show in the stream.
Is the "single process" setting required to be changed? Because it's grayed out, I cannot change it at all.

Clock and countdown should work just fine. Make sure to open the correct files. The correct location can be found by clicking the folder icon at the top right of each widget tab.
