I'm trying bring in video game footage of a friend via browser source. No matter what browser source I use, the video stream always seems to be poor quality, as if it's running less than 15 frames or something. Recently I'm trying this with Twitch's new feature Stream Together, but I have tried others such as VDO ninja. Inside the browser it looks perfect, but as soon as it gets to OBS its just awful.
I have tried:

Given other people seem to be using browser sources just fine, I feel there's got to be a fix for this. Maybe its an AMD thing? I don't know, any suggestions welcome.

I have tried:
- Gameplay from both my own, and my friends accounts
- Checking if it's a hardware limitation (no parts at their limit)
- Toggling OBS hardware accelleration
- Increasing browser source FPS
- Lowering browser source resolution
- Increasing browser source bitrate with &bitrate=20000
- Increasing video bitrate in settings
- Changing encoder
- Running OBS as administrator
- Changing graphics preference for OBS to 'High Performance'
- Disabling firewall
- Disabling antivirus
- Re-installing OBS
