Question / Help Streaming from OBS to OBS

Hello everybody
I'm not sure is this is the correct thread

I have set an private RTMP server using nginx ( using windows ) , works fine . I have it installed on a dedicated extreme encoding VPS .
The idea is : Stream from my PC , at the highest quality/bit-rate possible from my Gaming PC ( using obs ofc ) to the VPS ( using obs ) ,encoding there the data at the lowest present possible and stream it to the platforms .
The question is how to connect my OBS ( gaming PC ) to the OBS ( VPS ) ?

as far as I know that works only if you're using the same IP ( on the same router ). A VPS ( virtual private server ) has a different IP , so the NDI doesn't work , since the don't share the same IP .
