Stream won't start I think I deleted something I shouldn't have

Was cleaning out space on my computer yesterday and maybe deleted something I shouldn't have cuz my stream won't start today and I can't record

May just want to make a new profile at the top of OBS if you were deleting stuff, then connect your account in settings>stream and set your settings again.
