Stream lags but recording not

Hi,
I have a pretty good pc actually and it should be capable of streaming.
When i stream, i only stream and im not recording simultaneously.
Now the weird part is, that the recording is smooth af but the stream lags.
I got the same settings on the recording and streaming tab (check picture).
My Internet speed is also pretty good so i dont understand why it lags that much.
I tested Phasmophobia and Apex and it goes down between 23 - 40 FPS while streaming.
Can yall help me?
My PC:
RTX 3060
I7 12700F
32GB Ram

My old PC had no problems while streaming with the same settings:
RX 6600 XT
I7 10700F
16GB Ram

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
