I've been enthusiastic about streaming for a while now and I have the PC and internet for it, however even after following guides from people like eposvox I'm running into the problem of my stream being laggy as hell and I don't know why. I'll post as much possible information about my entire setup to provide a clear picture.
PC Specs (ones that matter):
Ryzen 5 3600
Vega 64 Undervolted and OC'd
16GB DDR4 @ 3200Mhz
Samsung Evo 500GB NVMe
I run dual monitors one is 1440p 144hz and my secondary is 1080p 60Hz. The 1440p monitor is currently set to 120Hz as its barely any difference and solved problems such as having anything open on the 60Hz monitor capping my main at 60Hz too.
I think the log covers this but I have 1080p canvas with ~900p output scaling.

As you can see its really jittery, whenever I have friends watch they say its too hard to watch. Tbh I hope its something silly and embarrassing that I have done wrong as that will be an easy fix lol.
