Question / Help Stream is lagging when I tab in the Game

Hello,

everytime when i switch to my Gamewindow (Fortnite) my Stream starts to lag.
When I am spectate a teammate after I died and I switch to my Desktop or obs the Stream isnt lagging anymore.


My system:
GTX 750 ti
i7-2600K 3,40 GHz
8GB RAM

hey, this looks recent, i'm having this exact issue. i don't even have to hit record or stream and as long as im tabbed into a game window OBS uses 1% of my cpu and gets 1 fps but capture completely normally when tabbed out.
1800x
RX 580
16gb ram

I'm having the same issue but with multiple monitors, try a single one and see if it works!

I'm using a GTX 1080 and 32gb ram i7 5820k

Hey man i bought a new gtx 1060 6gb try to choose nvec for your codec ive two monitors too and it works super nice without fps drops ingame or any problems. the only thing you have to do is deaktivate shadowplay
